Our Vision

We believe that, based on the current economic climate, in the near future is the most opportune time to acquire multifamily and development assets in New York. While the economic interest rate will keep going up, the real estate volatility and selling pressure related to interest rates will be relatively short-lived (12-24 months). Following this period, we see the upcoming volatility and uncertainty as a time of opportunity for investment partners that share the same mindset.

Founder Story

At the age of 21, I arrived in New York, fresh out of military service—driven, determined, and with no financial safety net.
My first year was spent living in a modest basement apartment in Queens, working hard to find my place in the city.

An old friend encouraged me to explore real estate, and I joined a Manhattan-based brokerage focused on building sales. I quickly became the office’s top-producing agent, forming lasting relationships with property owners across the city.

Using my network and experience, I began signing long-term leases in my own name, furnishing apartments, and renting them out for both short- and long-term stays. The consistent cash flow gave me the capital to make my first property purchase in Brooklyn. After six months of renovations and three months on the market, I exited with a profit of nearly half a million dollars.

Since then, I’ve built a dedicated team and expanded our operations across prime locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. My approach is simple and effective: buy undervalued properties in top-tier areas, improve them with purpose, and either hold or sell for maximum value.

I share this journey to reflect the persistence, vision, and hands-on experience I bring to every investment opportunity.
